Thermal spray can be applied also partially moreover without distortion.
Pre-machining
Carry out machining or Grinding with the proper shape and size according to the degree of damage and thermal specification.
Masking
Masking with special stuff in order to protect the non-spraying area from grit blasting is taken.
Blasting
To get clean and fresh surface, to increase surface area to be contacted with sprayed particles, and to get proper surface profile and roughness for superior bonding.
Thermal Spraying
There are very wide variation in thermal spraying materials depending on the working circumstances of goods.
Thermal spraying is carried out with allowance for finishing machining/grindinf. Final thickness at completion (after finishing) is determined at premashining.
Finishing Machining
Final machining/grinding is carried out according to the size and tolerance. The degree of roughness is also considered.
